■ Special terms for returns
As a general rule, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products.
As an exception, within 14 days after receiving the product, we will accept exchanges and returns only if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective.
In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us.
