□ About returns and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to order details, exchanges or returns of products after the order has been confirmed.

□ Exceptions to returns
As an exception, within 30 days after receiving the product, we will accept exchanges and returns only if the product arrives different from the order or if the product is defective.
In the above cases, the shipping fee for returning the product will be borne by us.

Please note that the following products cannot be returned or exchanged.

・Washed products

*We cannot deal with products that have been intentionally damaged or defaced.

At our company, once an order has been confirmed, it will automatically proceed to shipping work as soon as possible through system cooperation, so we cannot respond to cancellations or changes to order details after confirmation.
Due to the sale of new products, we would like to ask you to check once again whether the products are correct before enjoying your shopping.

3) Please pay the shipping fee for the reshipment.
